Thought I would share a page I taught last night. I have been teaching Ancestry classes for the past three years to a dedicated group of ladies. We have two albums full of layouts using K&Companys Ancestry line of papers. Each month we get together and do another layout. Mine don't have photos in yet. I think I will need to retire before I get around to do the photos and journaling! The class has turned into another two classes, which are held on the first and last Friday each month. Again another two groups of ladies are doing the layouts all over again. I used some of the collection houses on this page. My layouts in these classes are kept quite simple. Its all about the photos and stories in Ancestry and not about over decorated layouts.
Thanks for looking

Diane asked all the design team to make a pop-up card. Say no more, cards are not my thing. Had a go and quite liked the finished project. I have fallen in love with Graphic 45's new embellishments especially the packaging. I used one of them on the front of my card to make a display box and then was able to add 3d pieces. The pop-up bit consists of two pieces, the frame/window in the back and the man hanging. He hangs out quite a bit, almost to the middle of the card and I just love the image.
